Experience
Ara Tucker is an executive and institutional advisor with more than two decades of experience operating inside complex, highly regulated, and growth-stage environments.
Her career spans law, finance, media, healthcare, and cultural institutions, where she has worked alongside CEOs, executive teams, and boards at moments of transition, expansion, and structural change. Her work centers on enterprise systems: how authority is exercised, how incentives are structured, how culture is operationalized, and how decisions compound over time.
She has held senior executive roles in global and high-growth organizations, including Chief People Officer positions in regulated healthcare and technology companies, and senior leadership roles within scaled consumer businesses. In these roles, she partnered directly with boards of directors on governance, executive decision-making, organizational design, and long-term institutional viability.
Earlier in her career, she practiced law in complex commercial matters, building fluency in risk, oversight, and disciplined judgment. She later held leadership roles within financial services and higher education institutions, contributing to enterprise-scale engagement and executive planning initiatives.
Ara serves as a board director and chairs an audit committee, with oversight of financial reporting, internal controls, audit processes, and enterprise risk management. Her board experience informs her advisory work, particularly at moments where leadership, governance, and institutional reputation intersect.
She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and an A.B. from Princeton University.
